Dropped a passenger off here. Signage was completely unclear about it being private land. Car was stationary for a grand total of 12 minutes and no passengers left the car. I was hit with a 100 fine. What a world we live in. Shameful behaviour.

Outside it says “20mins free parking” . When I parked to double check - the pay and display said nothing about free parking. The cheapest it had was 3 all day (cash only) or an 80 fine! I had to call a number up to use my card and then there was a supplementary fee of 30p for the phone service and 10p for a receipt. All this ducking hassle for 5mins parking.
